Michael Cherry, PCC | Dr. Michael Cherry, PCC, BCC serves as a trusted adviser to high potential leaders and groups to improve their leadership impact, collaboration and productivity to drive business success and achieve personal fulfillment. He has coached in a variety of organizations, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to non-profits and has worked with business owners and executives in financial services, insurance, healthcare and more. Mike works best with individuals and groups that have an intense desire to improve their leadership and function. Mike leverages evidence based coaching practices, his experience, and his education to prepare leaders to manage change, engage cross functional teams, and effectively influence organizational strategy. Mike’s coaching approach blends client’s strengths, areas for improvement and business objectives to create, and execute on, a customized leader development plan. Mike believes that better leaders create better teams which create better communities. In addition to Mike’s experience as a coach, he is currently an Associate Professor of Organizational Leadership for the College of Business at Lewis University. Lewis University's Organizational Leadership program focuses on the human side of leadership in the workplace, teaching how people function and how leaders can help them reach their full potential. Some of the courses that Mike teaches include leadership theory, organizational design, and team development. Mike has also served in a number of administrative roles leading teams as large as 80. This work is cross-functional, coordinating efforts leading to greater alignment and achievement of key performance indicators.
