Rich is currently an ACC Certified Coach focused on career transition and a part time Professor at Lewis University. Rich has spent nearly 25 years in both part time and full-time roles at Lewis University as Director of Enrollment for the Graduate School of Management and as fulltime faculty in the College of Business. Prior to joining Lewis University, Rich was president of the Direct Commerce Group (a $30 million online office furniture retailer) for 10 years. Rich started his career spending 20 years at Spiegel/Eddie Bauer Catalogs (5 years in Customer Service, 10 years as Director of Marketing and 5 years as V.P. of Ecommerce and Business Development).
