Alan R Graham, PhD, PCC | As a highly regarded coach, consultant, educator, author and presenter, I have over three decades of experience. My clients include physicians, attorneys, professionals, CEOs, C-Suite leaders and vice presidents in many large and small organizations such as Deloitte Consulting, W. Wrigley & Co., Leo Burnett, Abbott Labs, PNC, Zebra Technologies, Exelon, Vanguard, Owens-Illinois and LaSalle Network. They have learned to navigate challenges and gain perspective and tools they need to manage strategic business, professional and personal issues. I am uniquely trained in business, education and psychology with a track record that focuses on achieving tangilbe bottom-lin results. An internationally recognized expert in ADHD and editor of The Guide to ADHD Coaching (2018), I have helped many leaders become more productive and effective. I have served as a representative and, for 15 years, had been the chair of the steering committe for the American Psychological Association's Psychology in the Workplace Network (PWN), an organization that coordinated the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Program. I am also a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching, McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. I have co-authored the book Lemonade: The Leader's Guide to Resilience at Work (2012) and have created the Resilience at Work Assessment (RAW-A), an assessment taken by over 2000 leaders internationally. Deborah Gray-Young, PCC | Deborah Gray-Young is an ICF accredited coach. She leverages her extensive 30+ year successful career in advertising and marketing as an Executive and Leadership Coach and Strategic Advisor to professional women of color and the organizations that employ them. She works with women of color to better manage the politics and biases they encounter in their respective work environments. Deborah has been featured as an executive coach at women's leadership conferences as well as on coaches' roundtables. In addition to working with senior leaders, Deborah has been lauded for the development of young professionals and helping them to grow and find a successful path in the advertising industry or other endeavors.
