Kathy Keegan has cobbled together a series of interesting, seemingly unrelated careers over the last 40 years: laborer, portfolio assistant, Woolworth’s waitress, improv comedian, administrative assistant, opera singer, senior manager, and mindset coach.  She founded her coaching practice after the company she worked for went through a fourth merger during her 21 years there. She used coaching in her meetings with staff and found that it made a huge positive difference. Giving people the space to be heard without bias and judgment immediately boosted their mood and gave them the energy  to navigate drastic changes successfully and do their best work. Kathy earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential after becoming a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
