Gracie is the Founder & CEO of  Inacay HRC, LLC where she provides executive coaching through the Center for Advanced Leadership (CAL) and HR consulting services through HRC Advanced. Leveraging a strong business acumen, she has developed a panoramic view of the enterprise while working across a wide range of industries (financial, insurance, and professional services). She has more than 30 years of experience as an HR executive and is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ICF-ACC), an Accredited Coaching Training Program Certified Executive Coach (ACTP-CEC) and is certified in the Hogan Assessments. 

At the Center for Advanced Leadership, Gracie and her team of certified executive coaches, partner with clients in a pragmatic, thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
