LaTonya Wilkins is the Director of Talent Management at the Gies College of Business at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. LaTonya is also a speaker, a diversity and inclusion pioneer, and a career, business and executive coach. Her coaching vision is to make work better for everyone. She coaches ambitious individuals so that they can do their best work, navigate difficult career situations, land their dream role, start or expand their business or ignite their authentic leader within. While LaTonya’s career has been shaped by roles she has held working for highly admired companies in progressive, newly created, talent management roles, she has expanded to work in academia and has advised dozens of arts entrepreneurs, boards and small businesses on topics such as strategic planning, organizational development, and board development. LaTonya is currently the President of the True Star Youth Foundation board, which is a tech social entrepreneurship company that aspires to be the future global BuzzFeed for youth.  These diverse engagements have molded her into a highly versatile leader that achieves results across industries. Dr. Barbara Ann Wilson established Wilson Coaching LLC to support individuals and organizations in Linking Intellect, Passion and Practice. She has over 30 years of experience in leadership and organizational development, capacity building, strategic partnerships, diversity, equity and inclusion and justice-making across these sectors: criminal justice and child welfare systems; nonprofits; education; public health; faith communities.

Dr. Fernando Yepez is a Business Strategy and Modeling Coach for individuals and organizational clients. Currently, he serves as Director of Strategy and Business Modeling at PwC where he assists the firm's internal organization with the design and deployment of a network of service delivery centers (SDSs) around the globe.  He specializes in providing coaching around Strategy Design, Strategic Planning, Business Modeling, Enterprise Transformation, and Team Performance.  Dr. Yepez is a business leader with a diverse work background and experience dealing with strategy and transformation initiatives in The Americas, Europe, and Asia.  He is currently an instructor at the Graham School at the University of Chicago, a former Instructor for the Columbia University Certified Coaching Program, and a former Adjunct Professor at Florida International University's Chapman School of Business MBA Program.   He has a MA in International Trade and Finance, an MBA in Marketing and Finance, and a Ph.D. in Economic Development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He is a graduate of the Columbia Coaching Certification Program and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Certified Business Innovation Coach, and a Certified Systemic Team Coach.
