Lauren Fondriest is an ACC coach, working at EY (Ernst & Young) as a Team Effectivness Consultant. In this role, Lauren consults with leaders to assess their team dynamics and facilitates teaming sessions on topics such as trust-building, vision and purpose, mindful stress reduction and team norms.
Lauren started her own coaching business in November 2023 focused on women's dating coaching. She helps single millennial women who are looking for their dream partner date from a place of self-worth.
Lauren is a bright light who helps others find what makes them magical and her purpose is to be the ripple effect that creates more love in our world.
She lives in the Avondale neighborhood in Chicago with her husband Chris and dog Argyle.
