As a military officer, global life science executive, and now executive coach, Pat Henahan has been grooming leaders at every level for 3 decades. After 10 years as an officer in the Army, Pat held progressive finance leadership roles at Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca, and Hospira before becoming CFO of Envigo, a global clinical research organization. In these roles, she established strong cross-functional partnerships with general managers, marketing executives, operational leaders, scientists, and engineers to drive better business performance.  

She is certified in executive development and career coaching and is a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt.
