As a military officer, global life science executive, and now executive coach, Pat Henahan has been grooming leaders at every level for 3 decades. She believes that everyone—regardless of age, background, or experience—has the potential to lead and she is passionate about guiding clients to fully realize this potential. 

Known for her direct communication style and bias for action, Pat helps her clients quickly build skills for next-level roles and enhance their business impact.

After 10 years as an officer in the Army, Pat held progressive finance leadership roles at Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca, and Hospira before becoming CFO of Envigo, a global clinical research organization. In these roles, she established strong cross-functional partnerships with general managers, marketing executives, operational leaders, scientists, and engineers to drive better business performance.  

She is certified in executive development and career coaching and is a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt.
