We will meet on Saturdays from October 3 - November 14 from 9-10am CT. During our meeting we’ll answer questions and talk about our experiences.
Coaches work with all types of clients. Sometimes they look just like us and there’s an immediate familiarity and sometimes they don’t and we struggle to bond with them. That doesn’t make you a bad coach - it just makes you human. We are all born with an innate bias towards people and communities where everyone looks like us. Our country is created like that. Due to the recent events in the news now is the perfect time to learn about how our thoughts and life experiences cause us to think and act differently around certain people.
As coaches we know the importance of bringing our biases to light and we’re going to read Caste by Isabel Wilkerson..
We will meet on Saturdays from October 3rd - November 14th from 9-10am CT, and follow the reading schedule below. During our meeting we’ll answer questions, talk about our experiences and process how we can use this information in our personal and professional lives. Our intention is to create a safe space for you to learn and grow.

- What will a successful experience look like for you?
