This webinar is approved for 1 Core Competency and .25 Resource Development CCEU

The session starts with a bit of background

  • Why I became a coach
  • How I became a coach
  • Why I’ve stayed interested in coaching for 27 years

 

After that intro, we get to the important stuff: YOU

We’ll do two exercises

1- a brief question and answer discovery exercise 

2- a visual exercise about designing your work.

Both exercises will be written up and available to print in the week prior to the session.

About Dr. Jan Elfline:

Dr. Jan Elfline (EdD, Illinois State University) has been coaching since 1993, and has been a coach trainer and Master Certified Coach (MCC) since 1998. She has coached leaders and managers in more than 50 organizations including Jardine-Fleming (investment banking), State Farm Insurance, Glaxo Smith Kline (pharmaceuticals), Bridgestone-Firestone (manufacturing), Grundfos (hydrolics), Coloplast (medical technology), BP (petroleum), in addition to educational institutions, UC Berkeley, University of Chicago, and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

She has been primary trainer for several accredited coach training programs including the European Coach Training at International Training Seminars (ITS) in London, Centro Mexicano de PNL (CMPNL) in Guadalajara, Mexico and Performance Effectiveness Management Institute (PEMI) in Shanghai. In 2012 she established Aligned Action International and developed an independent Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) that is taught in six countries in Europe and North America.

If Participant does not want to be captured in any such Recordings, Participant should make special arrangements with ICF Chicago Chapter on such matters. While ICF Chicago Chapter will make good faith efforts to honor such privacy requests, the released parties shall not have any liability in connection with the same.
