Happy Saturday and welcome to your news from ICF Chicago!
There is a lot to share this month. First, we hope that you, your family and your friends are well amid the global COVID-19 outbreak. ICF Chicago is committed to keeping our members safe and have moved our programming online for the next few weeks. We will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments as necessary.
Magda Mook put out a wonderful video message to the global membership. If you have not viewed it you can do so here. ICF also put together a website dedicated to helping coaching during this time. I encourage you to visit the page as there are a lot of great videos and articles on the page that may help you when interacting with your clients in a different way.
Next, I have been so excited about Jean-Francois Cousin's visit for our March Chapter Program. Unfortunately, he will not be able to join us in person due to the issues in the world right now; however, instead, he will be doing the meeting virtually on March 16, 2020, from 7-8:30 pm. He will be talking about the game-changing initiatives at ICF and how they will impact us as coaches. It will still be amazing and contain all of the incredible information; don't forget to register!
In response to all the COVID-19 stuff, the ICF Chicago Board decided to host a special event online on the evening of March 19th, online. This event is free and open to ICF Chicago members only; it will be time for us to come together and have an open dialogue about how we can continue to move our businesses forward and show the world that coaching will be such a huge benefit in this time of uncertainty. You do need to register for it.
Thank you for your time. Be safe and I hope to see you, virtually, this month!
Unfortunately, Jean-Francois Cousin will not be able to join us in person but, instead will be doing a virtual event so you can join us from the comfort of your own home from 7 - 8:30 pm! We would love to see him in person but we understand travel constraints with the coronavirus being a worldwide concern. Don't forget to register!! It will still be amazing and contain all of the incredible information! Watch the website for more information!

The ICF Board of Chicago Presents:
An Open Conversation on Cultivating our Coaching Business During Uncertainty
The board met today and decided to host a special online event for our ICF members to come together and talk about how we as coaches can grow our businesses during this time of uncertainty. During this open session, we invite our members to openly brainstorm ideas of how we can all attract new clients, engage our current clients, and adapt our businesses during this time. We as a board really believe this is a time that coaching is needed more than ever as individuals are learning how to operate in a new normal.
Come join the dialog and together we will all walk away with ideas to help us improve business.
This event is free and open to all members; you must register to receive the link.
