President's Report

Happy Saturday ICF Chicago! I hope you are being productive and above all safe and well! There is so much going on! First, I want to invite everyone to join me live on Facebook later today at 5 p.m.

Members don't forget to vote on the approval of the 2020 By-Law revisions.  An email was sent to you on 4/1.  We would love for you to take a few moments to review the proposed By-Law and vote!

You may know that the Board has been working hard to add some extra value in being a member of the Chicago ICF chapter. So with that, one member is entitled to a WBECS Free Team Coaching Gateway Certification: valued at $1797. In order to win this, you will need to follow the instructions that were emailed out to all members yesterday.

Our members had another tremendous conversation on Thursday, April 2! The call focused on coping skills. More specifically what is working and not working with coaches and their clients during this unprecedented time.   Again, it was so successful that we have decided to have more of these conversations.  Stay tuned for the next date.  It will be announced soon.

Our next big change is that we will be recording the April Business Sig and Chapter Program.  The recordings will be available for 14 days for you to view.  Just one catch - to receive the video, you will need to be registered for the meeting before it begins.

I hope to see you on our Business Sig call on Thursday, April 9.  Sherese Jones will be joining us and discussing the Four Wheels of Instagram.  Whether you are a social media dynamo or just getting the hang of it Sherese will offer some great information!

The Zoom link will be emailed the day before the event

Want your coaching program, training or workshop to have greater impact? Want participants to rave about it and refer to others? The solution lies in knowing how to apply seven principles of how the brain learns best. Expand the reach and impact of your offerings with seven brain-based principles that will revolutionize the learner’s experience. In this practical session, you’ll leverage neuroscience research to make your design and delivery as unforgettable as the message you have to share.
