Organizations don't transform simply because a new strategy is announced.
They transform when leaders can translate strategy into how people think, behave, communicate, and work.
That’s where my work lives.

I’m an Organizational Development & Change Strategist, Leadership & Transformational Coach focused on the human side of transformation. I help leaders and organizations navigate complexity, change, and growth by building the clarity, capability, and leadership capacity needed to move from intention to action.

My approach is evidence-based and human: sustainable transformation requires more than a process, technology, or strategy. People have to understand the change, see themselves in it, and have the capacity and support to make it real.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership development and organizational transformation. I help leaders:
• Lead themselves and others through change and uncertainty
• Build self-awareness, influence, and intentional leadership practices
• Strengthen team alignment, engagement, and accountability
• Navigate culture and organizational change intentionally
• Translate strategy into behaviors and actions people can adopt
• Communicate change in ways that create understanding, connection, and movement

Throughout my career, I have worked across aerospace and defense, insurance, higher education, government, life sciences, banking, credit unions and financial services, agriculture, and environmental services, in both consulting and functional roles. This experience gives me perspective across the strategic, human, operational, and technical dimensions of change.

I hold advanced degrees in Organization Development & Change, Positive Organization Development & Change, and Communications Management. I am an ICF-certified coach, Prosci-certified change practitioner, and scholar of organizational culture and leadership, culture change, executive leadership, and organizational behavior.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: Transformation becomes sustainable when people are equipped—not merely expected—to change.

Whether I’m coaching a leader, advising a leadership team, designing a change strategy, or helping an organization turn vision into action, my goal is the same: to help people and organizations create a future they can not only envision, but successfully inhabit.

If you’re leading through change, developing as a leader, or creating transformation, let’s connect.

Dr. Lori Feldman helps leaders trust their value, lead with confidence, and amplify their impact so they can step into their next chapter as the fullest version of who they are.  As an executive coach and founder of Papillon Leadership Coaching, she partners with high-achieveing professionals - particularly women - who are navigating growth transition, and reinvention.  Her coaching philosophy centers on the belief that transformation isn't about becoming someone new, but about becoming more fully yourself.

Known for her blend of candor, compassion, and strategy Lori helps leaders navigate pivotal transitions, strengthen their influence, and communicate their value with conviction.  She integrates evidence-based tools such as Hogan assessments, psychological safety assessments and frameworks, and personal branding methodologies to help clients uncover blind spots, build self trust, and lead with purpose and presence.

Before launching her coaching practice, Lori served for more than three decates at Purdue University Northwest ultimately serving as Vice Provost and Professor of Marketing.  She co-founded Breaking the Glass Ceiling, a PBS-featured initiative highlighting the leadership journeys of women across a variety of industries.  She also launched the Purdue Northwest Executive MBA Program, recognized by Fortune as a "best value" program.

In addition to her private practice, Lori is a Leadership Coach and Talent Management Executive with Executive Core, supporting leaders across Fortune 500 companies, universities, nonprofits, and government agencies.  She holds a Ph.D. and MBA from the University of Michigan and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.

As a Member-at-Large on the ICF Chicago Board of Directors, Lori is committed to advancing the coaching profession and amplifying women's leadership - helping more leaders to level up without losing themselves in the process.
