Before transitioning into coaching, Toby built a high-impact career across consulting and product leadership. She began her journey at Accenture and McKinsey, where she advised Fortune 500 clients, sharpened her strategic thinking, and developed a deep understanding of business transformation. From there, she worked her way up from an individual contributor on product teams to a senior product leader in the software industry, spanning legaltech, fintech, and propertytech sectors.

Toby then went on to launch her own startup, successfully scaling and selling it to a major insurance company—an experience that fuels her passion for guiding entrepreneurs through the uncertainty and exhilaration of building something from the ground up.Now, as a coach, Toby brings all of that experience to the table to help aspiring leaders advance their careers and entrepreneurs confidently launch their business ideas.
