I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and founder of Brige The Gap Coaching.  I help emerging leaders, executives and individuals who are ready to make meaningful change.  My coaching is rooted in Positive Intelligence and mental fitness, guiding clients to build clarity, resilience, and confidence to bridge the gap between where they are today and the best version of themselves.

With more than 30 years of corporate leadership experience, I bring both depth and practicality to my coaching practice, creating space for growth that is both strategic and sustainable.  Coaching has been transformational in my own journey, and I'm passionate about helping others experience the same shift toward possibility and purpose.

Most recently, I was honored to be elected President of the ICF Chicago Chapter (2025-2026).  In this role, I am committed to fostering connection, accountability, and community and to advancing the impact of coaching across our profession the broader Chicago area.

My name is Kathleen Fee.  I am an ICF Certified Inner Leadership and Life Coach with an expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging  (DEIB) and a passion for social justice.  I received my Master's Degree in Diversity, Inclusion and Social Justice from the Univeristy of Oklahoma, graduating with honors during the pandemic.  I am also a certified paralegal with expertise in civil litigation and trial.

As a legal professional I am uniquely qualified in the DEIB space, being skillled in the statutes and law that regulate and affect DEI and its participants.  As a certified coach, my work has a focus on the inpowerment of women, while maintaining inclusivity of thought leaders in all different spaces.

I received my ACC in 2009, and my PCC in 2017.  I received my Master Certified Leadership Certification through Coach for Life Institute, an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program by creating my own 10-step Inpowement process and coaching model focused on the inside job of guiding clients to finding their voices and speaking truth to power.

With my personal passion for social justice, I devote my free time volunteering for candidates that are constituent focused, non-profit organizations working on voting rights, and helping women fight addiction.
