Gracie is the Founder & CEO of  Inacay HRC, LLC where she provides executive coaching through the Center for Advanced Leadership (CAL) and HR consulting services through HRC Advanced. Leveraging a strong business acumen, she has developed a panoramic view of the enterprise while working across a wide range of industries (financial, insurance, and professional services). She has more than 30 years of experience as an HR executive and is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ICF-ACC), an Accredited Coaching Training Program Certified Executive Coach (ACTP-CEC) and is certified in the Hogan Assessments.

At the Center for Advanced Leadership, Gracie and her team of certified executive coaches, partner with clients in a pragmatic, thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. She brings out the best in her clients by helping them address challenges, develop new approaches to old problems, discover vulnerabilities and blind spots (i.e., limiting beliefs and the inner critic), remove roadblocks, leverage strengths, improve critical thinking skills, gain confidence, build executive presence, and implement behavioral change that drives business results and professional growth.

Coaching unlocks untapped sources of creativity, inspiration, productivity, and leadership. Clients regularly say Gracie has helped them become the best version of themselves. Gracie's clients span the globe and include C-suite, senior managers, and high-potential individual contributors across a wide range of industries, including financial, insurance, tech, energy, aviation, professional services, retail, and non-profit.

Gracie has a true passion for coaching and is excited to partner with new clients from varying industries, as well as those who prefer a fluent Spanish-speaking coach.

Stacy Jackson, PCC
312.415.1982

Stacy Jackson is an executive coach who partners with leaders as they navigate complex relationships, workplace challenges, and seasons of transition with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. She believes the best coaching creates space for leaders to slow down, think more deeply, reconnect to their own brilliance, and lead in ways that are both effective and deeply aligned with who they are.

Before becoming a full-time coach, Stacy spent 30 years with Chicago Lights, a youth development and adult social service nonprofit at Fourth Presbyterian Church. For fourteen of those years, she served as Executive Director where she developed leaders, strengthened teams, and guided strategy. Having led through organizational change, conflict, uncertainty, and competing priorities, she understands firsthand the realities leaders face. She creates a calm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental coaching partnership where clients feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to move forward with confidence.

Stacy earned her master's degree from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice, is an Licensed Clinical Social Worker, completed training through Accomplishment Coaching, and is an ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She considers it a privilege to walk alongside emerging and  experienced leaders in the social impact sector as they create and elevate their leadership.

With much appreciation for the opportunity to serve as Secretary of the ICF Chicago Chapter, Stacy enjoys contributing to the coaching community while building relationships and learning alongside fellow coaches.
