I help leaders enhance their leadership skills in the areas of communication, accountability, time management, performance improvement, and more.

My full name is Joelyne Marshall, but I go by Joie (as in Joey). I have over 30 years of experience in training, professional development, and coaching within a variety of industries. I am certified in coaching through the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I am finishing up the last steps in acquiring the next level of credentialing - the Professional Certified Coach (PCC). My coaching focus is on leadership skills, accountability, goal-setting, and execution.

I work to help my clients make connections within their thoughts to help them identify awareness to move forward. I'm passionate about helping my clients using goals and the nurturing of good habits to establish an effective day-to-day operating system where my client can find their success. I help my clients reach beyond the current and into their potential.

I am happily married and have two brilliantly smart step-sons. In my downtime, I enjoy listening to audiobooks and podcasts. I like to challenge myself by running and participating in triathlons. I also dabble in photography where I take my fine arts degree for a spin.

Stephen J. McClain, Ed.D., PCC, is an executive leadership coach and organizational health consultant with nearly 20 years of experience helping CEOs, boards, and senior teams clarify priorities, align strategy with management practices, and build sustainable systems for growth.

A former teacher, principal, and C-level school systems leader, Stephen is recognized for guiding complex organizational change with and for teams at every level. He brings both the hard-won perspective of someone who has led from inside demanding organizations and the discipline of a coach trained to help leaders see clearly and act decisively.

Stephen holds degrees from Michigan State University's College of Education, the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and the University of Illinois Chicago, where he earned his Ed.D. He serves as faculty in UIC's nationally recognized Urban Education Leadership Ed.D. program. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), trained through the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University.

As a Partner at The Management Center, Stephen has guided hundreds of executives and leadership teams nationwide through consulting, training, and coaching engagements.
