Dr. Álvarez Mangual earned her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership Studies from Northeastern University, an MA from DePaul University, and a BA from Florida State University. She is also a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), certified business and diversity coach, certified mentor coach, and advanced certified SCUBA diver who, while going deep with clients, helps them to recognize diversity and inclusion as driving forces behind organizational relevance, sustainability, and success.
